About

About Bridge and Bloom

Bridge and Bloom was built on a simple belief: that small businesses deserve the same level of strategic care and transparency that large brands take for granted. We are a sister-brother team that came to paid advertising from two very different directions, that difference is exactly what makes our approach work. Between us, we bring together the precision of data-driven campaign management and the systems thinking of a seasoned software architect. Every campaign we build is the product of both.

The Strategist — Paid Media & Campaign Operations

I did not come to paid advertising by accident. My background is rooted in strategy, systems, and understanding how decisions are made at scale. Over the years I have worked closely with data, performance metrics, and revenue-focused initiatives, which gave me a deep appreciation for how structure supports growth and how small decisions compound over time.

When I stepped into running paid ads, I did so hands-on and with real responsibility. I have managed and optimized campaigns for insurance companies and service-based offers, investing my own budget to learn how platforms behave in real conditions. Working within regulated industries required precision, compliance awareness, and constant optimization. There was no room for shortcuts or guesswork.

Meta stood out to me not because it was flashy, but because it rewards clarity, consistency, and thoughtful testing. I spent time learning how the platform actually works, how audiences respond to messaging and creative, and how daily monitoring protects ad spend and improves performance.

That experience grounded my approach to advertising. Today, I treat Meta advertising as infrastructure. Every campaign is built with intention, observed closely, and refined based on real data rather than assumptions. My focus is not on quick wins, but on creating systems that support sustainable growth and long-term confidence in where your budget is being invested.

The Architect — Technology & Systems Strategy

I spent over 15 years as a Software Architect at IBM, designing and building systems that Fortune 500 companies and enterprise clients depend on at scale. My work touched enterprise software, cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP, and the APIs and integrations that connect complex platforms together. The systems I have architected have been used by millions of people, handled sensitive data, and operated inside regulated industries where failure is not an option.

That kind of work is not done alone. I have led and mentored engineering teams, consulted on digital transformation initiatives, and worked directly with executive stakeholders to translate business problems into technical decisions. When the stakes are high and the budget is real, you learn to build things right the first time with forethought to think several steps ahead of where things can break.

What I bring to Bridge and Bloom is that same architectural mindset applied to paid media. Most small businesses are handed a Meta ad account with no real structure underneath it, no clean tracking, no thoughtful campaign architecture, no system for understanding what the data is actually saying. That is exactly the kind of problem I have spent a career solving in a different context.

I understand how Meta's platform is engineered, how its data signals work, and how to build the infrastructure layer that makes advertising actually measurable. When we install your Pixel correctly, design your account structure with intention, or diagnose why your numbers are not telling a clear story, that is 15 years of systems thinking at work, just applied to your ad account instead of an enterprise codebase.
