The story behind Bridge & Bloom
I did not come to paid advertising by accident. My background is rooted in strategy, systems, and understanding how decisions are made at scale. Over the years, I have worked closely with data, performance metrics, and revenue focused initiatives, which gave me a deep appreciation for how structure supports growth and how small decisions compound over time.
When I stepped into running paid ads, I did so hands on and with real responsibility. I have managed and optimized campaigns for insurance companies and service based offers, investing my own budget to learn how platforms behave in real conditions. Working within regulated industries required precision, compliance awareness, and constant optimization. There was no room for shortcuts or guesswork.
